Simple, clear, informative - mySCQM gives you access to your personal data. This gives you insight into the progression of your disease and all important disease-related information.
We want to support not only the medical profession and researchers, but also you as a patient. This is why we have developed mySCQM: A modern web application that you can use on your smartphone as well as on your computer.
In mySCQM you can see your disease activity in the form of a diagram under "Disease progression".
The chart visualises your disease based on different values - e.g. regarding your pain, functional limitations (such as difficulty in getting dressed or opening a bottle), or your need for painkillers. This allows you to track your personal disease activity at any time. We will be happy to explain to you in more detail what the individual values and abbreviations mean.
The data displayed depends on your diagnosis. If not all the values listed under your diagnosis are shown, this information has probably not been entered into the database (either by you or by your healthcare professional). The values from the questionnaires are very valuable for your doctor. It is therefore well worth your time to fill in the questionnaires.
Physician global assessments for disease activity
The "global disease activity" value shows how strong the healthcare professional estimates the activity of your rheumatoid arthritis at the time of the consultation: 0 means no disease activity, 10 means maximum disease activity. This value is entered by the healthcare professional during the consultation.

You will be asked about the NSAID in the mySCQM short questionnaires you fill out between consultations.

To begin using the registry, your medical professional or the SCQM office must log you in and register you with mySCQM.
The login takes place via SMS link, which you will receive after your registration. You can find more information in our infosheet (in German, in French, in Italian) . If you have any problems or questions, please contact us directly.
Go to my.scqm.ch. You will then receive an SMS with your personal code with which you can log in. If the code has expired, request a new one.
Ask your healthcare professional at your next consultation or contact the SCQM office to add the mobile phone number to your profile.
A link to the questionnaire will be sent to you for each consultation with your treatment specialist. In addition, you can take part in the short surveys once a day. You can specify under "Settings" in mySCQM if and how often you would like to receive a reminder for the short surveys.
The short surveys bridge the gaps between medical appointments. In this way, mySCQM helps you and your healthcare professional to better assess the progression of your disease and optimise your therapy. The consultation questionnaires are more comprehensive and give you and your healthcare professional a more varied picture of your state of health.
Data entry for the short surveys takes about 3 minutes. Filling out the consultation questionnaire takes about 20 minutes.
Your data is managed under strict application of the Swiss Data Protection Act and is protected using the highest possible standards - this applies to both mySCQM and the SCQM patient registry. For research purposes, the data is fully encrypted and provided without name and date of birth. This means that no conclusions can be drawn about the identities of the patients.
